We download and process 5 years of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) for any ticker symbol. For context: NVIDIA's filings over this period total 50+ MB of regulatory text—far beyond what manual analysis can systematically cover.
Large language models identify strategic themes, competitive positioning, business model evolution, and management priorities from narrative sections (MD&A, Business Description, Risk Factors, Strategy disclosures). Financial tables and structured data are not processed—we focus on management's strategic narrative.
Every factual claim receives a hexadecimal identifier linking to: - Filing type, date, and reference number - Verbatim excerpt from the SEC document (unparaphrased) - Contextual search link configured to surface the passage in context, related press coverage, and analyst commentary
You receive: - Strategic intelligence report in HTML/PDF format - Audit table with all source attributions - Structured JSON for programmatic analysis and database integration
Main report states: "Company X experienced critical manufacturing delays" [1]
→ Click [1] in the audit table → see verbatim SEC filing text
→ Click "More..." → Google search returns the full 10-K section plus news articles discussing the delay
Verification time: ~15 seconds vs. manually searching through filing documents (~15 minutes)
Standard financial analysis examines one reporting period. We synthesize five years of filings, revealing strategic evolution and pattern changes invisible in single-period snapshots.
